Another patch release, with the usual set of various bugfixes and improvements in DebOps roles backported from the master branch.

In this release, the DebOps Collection on Ansible Galaxy has been redesigned and is now in a single tarball instead of split into 4 separate Ansible Collections. This should allow for use of Fully Qualified Collection Names for DebOps roles in future releases.
