Deb To Ipa App Versions Save

• Parallel conversion support (#10)
• .ipa files are now saved to app storage. They will be stored and ready to be shared until manually removed.

• Added support for parallel file processing.
• A lot of known UI bugs, but eventually files successfully convert. I'll fix most bugs in future updates.
