Creative Cloud Linux Versions Save

• Offline installer package is now used for Creative Cloud manager

• Fixed bug where script wouldn't work on some distributions

• Script now installs the Creative Cloud desktop program instead of the outdated Adobe Application Manager
• Photoshop CC 2018 can now be installed
• Wine version updated to 2.20-staging
• Windows version now reported as Windows 7
• Removed ability to select local installer

NOTE: This will install Creative Cloud in a separate Wine prefix than the old script, so you can have both installed at the same time. Once you setup all your apps in the new prefix, you can just delete the other prefix's virtual drive from PlayOnLinux.
