php class for cpanel's UAPI
Producing a new release has been overdue for a long time. The code's been pushed and stable, not no official release was created.
This release is simply fixing that.
Multiple updates made including the addition of an API2 wrapper.
Mostly aimed at cleaning up / adding comments, added new example file for the mysql module.
A number of bug fixes have been added, more testing has been done.
Initial release of the cPanel UAPI PHP Class.
