Colorgrab Versions Save

Fixes problem with magnifier on multiple screens on Windows and (in some cases) with GTK3. (Fixes #6)

Fixes more text field size and layout problems, particularly with the spin controls when using GTK3.

This is a pre-release attempting to fix various problems with packaging ColorGrab for Arch Linux using wxGTK3.

Changes:

• Add options (in Settings -> Color Output) to control the number of spaces in the color output.
• Fixes weird HSL output for white.
• Make main window resizable (along with current color and magnified area).
