• Reports 0 label offset when rendering is called with an empty item list -- this fixes a bug related to exporting documents without citations using Org-cite.
• Sorts bibliography items with identical sort keys according to the order in which they were cited.
• Properly handles multiword keywords.
• Fixes rendering anomalies for citation suffixes starting with comma.
• Fixes some problems with rendering textual citations containing affixes and locators

• Fixes a problem in the Org formatter which led to generating headings instead of bold case in certain cases.
• Fixes a vertical spacing problem in the LaTeX formatter.

This release contains a bug fix and some minor improvements:

• when the input is an org-bibtex bibliography then the entries are converted to CSL using the biblatex->CSL converter, which is compatible with both bibtex and biblatex;
• the title-only citation mode uses the short title of an item when it is available;
• formatted locators are now supported;
• there is a new org-latex formatter with superior output specifically for exporting Org references to LaTeX.

This release contains a large number of bug fixes and adds some important new features, most notably

• support for filtered sub-bibliographies;
• support for the new citation modes title-only, locator-only, bib-entry;
• processing hook variables.
