We have integrated this library with PyDGN 1.0.3 to easily train and evaluate the model.
This is the code you can use to replicate CGMM experiments on AIDS, MUTAG, CPDB as well as "newer" datasets. If needed, I can still provide the code to replicate experiments on the INEX datasets, though a bit different than this version. See the README to understand how to run a full model selection and assessment and replicate the results of the paper.
