Added proper error message to Combined NDM output to KVN.

Version 2.1 (2021/05/16) - Updated to new xsdata and lxml - Fixed an issue (due to new xsdata) where root tags could not be processed correctly

This version adds KVN read / write support. Therefore all NDM files in KVN or XML formats are supported.

Started stripping single data Combined Instantiation NDM files

Added support for Combined Instantiation NDM Files

While no new functionality has been added, the project internal structure has been checked to solve problems with packaging and, specifically, flit.

This is the release with full functionality (read and write NDM XMLs through auto-generated object-trees)

Full functionality, may require some additional testing.
