The preferred command name used in documentation, usage examples, when passing -h argument etc is now caringcaribou, replacing the previous cc.py (which still works for legacy reasons)

Caring Caribou has (finally) gotten a real Python package structure, thanks to @alasjo 💪

This means it is now installed using python setup.py install instead of the old (and loathed) "must be run from the directory where the main script is located"-structure 🎉
