Captainsafia Legit Versions Save

• Allow users to add a license header to a file
• Use keyword arguments for command line arguments

• Adds the ability to list currently installed licenses via legit list command
• Pulls username and year from system if not provided by user
• Fetches licenses from GitHub's license API on install

This release can be installed by running npm install --global @captainsafia/legit.
