A Cave Story level editor
Publishing this so people can have access to the latest changes. sorry it took so long. Available in two downloads: with or without JRE the version with JRE comes with a pre-build minimal distribution of Java that should work on modern Windows machines. This type of build is experimental but doesn't require a pre-existing Java installation.
You must use the included .bat files to launch the program if you wish to use the bundled JRE as those contain the exact commands to run the program.
The version with no JRE is the traditional Booster's Lab jar bundle. This requires Java 8 or greater to be installed and properly configured on your machine before it can run.
