Optimization

• More effective outliner editing experice.
• Add reset to original size button to topic image widget
• CtrlOrCommand + V used for paste as plain text and CtrlOrCommand + Shift + V used for paste with style.

• Fix the text color incorrect of outliner.
• Fix tag navigation across documents.
• Fix the bug when updating a tag, other topics associated with the tag are not updated in real time.
