This will likely be the last commit where a self-made CardDav + CalDav was attempted. CardDav was working without problems (there were a few unsupported fields, etc.), but CalDav was simply missing way too many things around timezones, querying, etc. Calendars are complicated, and that's not where I want to be spending my time for this project on, especially because Radicale worked pretty well and is lightweight!
