This update fixes studio items from zipmods not taking group and category into consideration, which resulted in all items needing to have unique IDs within the zipmod. This fixes a resolving issue in AccessoriesToStudioItems (accessories never had this unique ID limitation so some zipmods didn't work correctly when used as studio items).

This release adds a HoneyCome port of the ConfigurationManager wrapper as well as a fix for HC. No changes for other games other than the readme and license being included in the releases now.

The new HC port and fix are based on HC_ConfigurationManager-r19.1_beta1_20230910 and HC.BepInEx.ConfigurationManager.Il2Cpp.CoreCLR-18.0_beta2_20230821 (please let me know if you made this and want to be properly credited).
