It should just werk, but feel free to delete ~/.config/knock with rm -r ~/.config/knock as data is now in XDG user data.

• AAX -> M4B implemented but disabled because I'm waiting on https://github.com/mkb79/Audible/issues/73
• CLI parsing is more robust
• Calls to dependencies are visible thus easier to debug

This is a binary that should work on any x86_64 Linux kernel. It is huge because it includes all dependencies. It was created using nix bundle.
