Beanstool Versions Save

• Delete command, added delete command by @cch123 with some improvements.

Implements all bsTools method except:

• delete Delete a job by ID
• drain Delete existing jobs from ready or buried states
• pause Delay any new job being reserved for a given time
• stats-job Stats on a specific job id

Includes a extra method:

• tail tails a tube and prints his content
