Bash Unit Versions Save

Thanks to @schmidtandreas, one can now skip some tests if a given condition holds true.

Thanks to @mdeweerd, huge quality cleanups in the code and some fixes on the way. Also, one can now use bash_unit as a pre-commit hook.
