Beta 9.1

Updated query for balance_updates table for faster loading.

This release includes new views from the latest Conseil update. It also has type-ahead autocomplete on several useful fields like transaction destination and source as well as baker fields.

Additionally, we revamped entity modal functionality. It is now much easier to create custom rendering of various on-chain objects based on complex conditions.
