Parse aria2c control file from cmd line.

When you hit ctrl-C while downloading is still in progress, aria2 leaves control file. Running the same command line(you need to know the original link), aria2 starts resuming last download.

How can you resume a download without knowing the original download link?

According to aria technical note, the .aria2 (Control File) contain the hash info of the magnet link, so parse the file we could get the original magnet link.
