Ar51an Raspberrypi Fan Control Versions Save

WiringPi has been revived. It supports RasberryPi OS Bookworm now. The fan-control release for WiringPi and Pigpio is provided separately. Documentation updated to reflect changes. Use either WiringPi or Pigpio and the corresponding fan-control release.
