AppDynamics.DEXTER Versions Save

Removed need for License file to run Dexter. All features now free :) Removed License reporting module, was providing inaccurate results.

BSG functionality merged into master. Several bug fixes when parsing malformed data. Dexter no longer crashes in most cases, but logs the error and continues on.

Fixed issue where duplicate entity metrics names would cause crashes. Modified license generation procedure.
