R interface to the ANTs biomedical image processing library
First release with new version of ANTsR where the ANTsR package is R-only and relies on the ANTsRCore to provide the Rcpp bindings of the ANTs library. Binaries are made in Mac but should work for linux. This release is not production-ready yet.
NOTE: ANTsR depends on ANTsRCore. You should install the binaries of ANTsRCore from the releases page first.
Last release of the old-style ANTsR package. This release is source-only.
