animos is a streaming application for all major desktop platforms that lets users discover and stream anime with ease. It does not clutter the interface with annoying ads, and allows the user to watch the episode in peace. Leverages native APIs to perform special tasks that are just not possible using a website.

Installation

You can get the download links here: Download

Take a look at the platform specific installation instructions for your platform:

Windows:

• Download the .exe file from the download link
• Run the setup file
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• Finish the setup
• animos has been installed in your device.

Mac:

• DMG:
  • Download the DMG file from the download links.
  • Double-click the DMG file to mount it
  • Drag the application from the DMG Window into the applications directory to install it
  • After copying is complete, eject the DMG
• Zip:
  • Download the zip
  • Open the zip file
  • Drag the application into the applications directory

Linux

• If you have snap installed:
  • Download the snap file from the install link
  • Open a terminal in the Downloads directory
  • Install the package using the command:
    • sudo snap install Animos-x.x.x.snap
  • You can also double click the downloaded file and use the GUI to install the package.
• AppImage:
  • Download the AppImage file
  • Right click the file and click Properties
  • Under the Permissions tab, enable 'Allow executing file as program' checkbox
  • Double click the file to run the app
