• Fixed resize locking

• Resize on fast move is prevented now
• Added reset to default option in menu

Issues resolved:

• Duplicated vertical Ruler was wider from original Ruler.

Lots of other internal cleanup and refactoring.

• In duplicated ruler, menu was not duplicated properly.

• Fixed duplicate ruler
