Changes

  • Instances of Elt and Arrays are now derivable via Generic for Haskell'98 product and sum data types
  • Pattern synonyms for manipulating user-defined data types can be created: see Pattern and mkPattern
  • Added pattern synonyms for accessing tuples (T2, T3 ...), indices (I1, I2...) and other data types as an alternative to lift and unlift; this approach makes the type checker far less angry
  • Added support for embedded pattern matching on sum types: see match
