Removed all non-functional providers - digg, googleplus, inbox, kickasstorrents, npmsearch, torrentz and upcloud.
Updated broken providers - arxiv, dumpert, engadget, explainshell, go, ifttt, instagram, lmgtfy, macports, msdn, netflix, nvd, overstock, phandroid, spotify, and thepiratebay.
Bumped all dependencies to latest version to fix all security warnings.
Built with Golang 1.22.2.
--list-tags, --list-providers, and all tab completion to respect config options.gibiru and ultimateguitar providers.freshports provider.presearch provider and made it the default.
