Vue Property Decorator Versions Save

• Update the behavior of @Emit decorator

Since this version, reflect-metada is not included, so @Prop cannot set a type opinion implicitly. Whereas, there have been reported some issues related to reflect-metada, so these issues will be solved.

• update vue to v2.5
• update @Inject decorator

• update vue-class-component to v6.0.0
