adds better support for caching dmgs

Adds support for Mojave betas.

Fixes:

• can now set serial as "random" in a template
• -t can be used with full paths again
• can declare a custom netboot_tmp_dir (i.e. on an external volume) in a template, for cases where the disk doesn't have enough spaces for a 40GB+ temporary DMG.

• will now look in a central template_dir as well as cwd for templates
• user can define central template_dir with a pref key template_dir in domain com.github.vfuse
• added simple progress spinner for lengthy steps: downloading dmg; calculating checksum; converting vmdk

Breaking change: This release removes the LaunchAgent for vfused. If you wish, create a separate pkg for vfused using the Makefile in the extras folder.
