This build adds CLI support and some simple arguments to run each module in a seperate instance/app.

• Added out-of-box experience OOBE Profile to OpenTweaks module. If you have just switched to Windows 11, you can import this profile by clicking on the import button in the upper right corner of the app.
• Added option to OpenTweaks > System category to Enable Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platform
