Terraform Vultr Provider
This release marks a shift in versioning; versions will now include a leading v to comply with Terraform's expected plugin version scheme (https://www.terraform.io/docs/configuration/providers.html#third-party-plugins).
Furthermore, release binaries will now include the version string in the filename so that the release archive can be extracted directly into ~/.terraform.d/plugins.
This release adds support for importing existing instances and IPv4s.
