Terraform State → Ansible Dynamic Inventory
Removed the build dependency on Terraform.
Renamed to terraform-inventory, to match the recommended plugin naming scheme, even though this isn't a plugin.
This release includes an OSX binary. Downloading it from here is simpler than using go install, because Terraform (a dependency) has non-Go build dependencies, which is rather cumbersome if one just wants to use it. See the README.
