Extensive additions, clarifications, and improvements to the spec. Additionally, on the code side:
Integration with significant architectural improvements/clarifications on the signer side.
Using truffle.
Upgrade to solc 0.5.x.
Upgrade bitcoin-spv dependencies.
Improved and complete tBTC minting, including clearer and more complete security around minting, burning, and transfer roles.
Improved handling of the funder bond (which is used to guarantee a funder won't abandon a new deposit without paying for the cost of deposit creation).
