ReadyResponder Versions Save

Local Incident Management System - This is used for tracking resources for Local Emergency Management

2.5.1

There are several small fixes included here. Mostly quality of life level stuff.

  • Event index view sorts by start date by default.
  • Event index view shows better information, more concise date format
  • Event availability view does not show cancelled availabilities. These are still available on the person's display page
  • Require a person on an assignment (Doesn't mean anything without one !)
  • Add paper_trail to notifications
  • Require skill or title on an event task requirement. Don't allow none, don't allow both
  • Fixed a bug in the use of templates. Duplicated tasks were keeping the task dates of the templates, not the dates of the new event

This includes the use of templates for events. Templates allow you to predefine tasks and requirements for those tasks. This will mainly be used as a time saving tool, but can also be used for just in time training. Since each task and each requirement can have a description, you can use these as a training manual for those getting the assignment to complete the task. This ability is somewhat hampered by the fact that users who do not have access to the web UI do not know what their assignments are, but that will be coming in a near future release.

This release builds on the prior, as we now have sms/mms out-going notifications. There was also a lot of clean-up around the events.

v1.0.0

This is a working version of ReadyResponder, somewhat better than an MVP. It has the ability to track people and items, and events in a rudimentary way. This is still under active development, and there will be several minor releases in the near future.
