Projeny Versions Save

Added new option to Projeny.yaml to set a value for the default namespace in generated visual studio projects. (SolutionGeneration / RootNamespace)

Hotfix - Was sometimes crashing when opening the package manager due to deserialization errors related to certain asset store packages in the asset store cache.

• Better error handling and error output
• Added ability to share project settings folders across multiple projects
• Added support for multiple packages directories. This is particularly useful to define project-specific packages.
• Added support for special handling of prebuilt projects that produce assemblies (however this is undocumented currently)
• Lots of bug fixes

Bug fix - was sometimes failing to import asset store packages due to an invalid directory name.
