Pony rewrite of cowsay.
Pony renamed: applebumkin → applebumpkin

Cowsay has be reimplemented, and have full Unicode support
and support for @code{figlet} style messages.
Deleted environment variables: PONYSAY_COWSAY, PONYSAY_COWTHINK
You will need Python 3, but not GNU Bash, Perl or Cowsay.
