Fixed Lured pokestops Pokemon

Small bug fixes. Added app version and Pokemap ID to the settings screen for better help support.

Fix crash when trying to change which Pokemon to show Removed the faded effect on Pokemon that have longer than 2 minutes to despawn New users no longer need to make accounts(no more captchas to complete)

Fix crash related to clicking on lured pokestops

• Improved search algorithm
• Added a time delay between searches (to prevent shadow bans)
• Fixed the captcha screen on the map, so it now correctly shows the captcha
• Despawn timer only appears with less than 2 minutes left (Due to a change by Niantic). Base on feedback we might remove this.
