General maintenance updates in this release cycle, including a vendored package update.
This release updates for parameters necessary to properly create a CNI configuration under Kubernetes 1.16, among other recent stability fixes.
It is a tech preview focused on features to merge the results of plugins to work along with Virtlet.
This is only a alpha release. For stable release, please refer vX.X tags
Primarily focused on stability enhancements.
