Kitematic Versions Save

Thanks to @alex4o for the upgrade to Electron - This fixes a couple of issues on the layout/pop-ups for Ubuntu.

Thanks to @mhelmetag for the help in fixing a couple of known issues:

• Allow local image deployment
• Refactor local image view to show 'empty' when only dangling images are present
• Remove email login to prevent 401 errors when pulling images
• Added tags as trigger for local image refresh

This release of Kitematic includes the following changes/improvements:

• Update in Preference panel wording, making it clear what they do
• VM preference doesn't force an automatic restart but instead will apply on next restart
• New links/network tab in container details thanks to @daaru00 -> Video demo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqqVRIXZwzc - thanks @eduardogoncalves
• Fix for incorrect validation of login with email account not being captured properly
• Added reset all saved settings on error page
• Fix machine storage location thanks to @cosmomill

This new release should completely disable the developer tools pop-up that some users experienced.

Additionally the release includes small bug fixes and enhancements, including:

• Allow users to login using their Hub email address - thanks to @nicolasbrugneaux
• Network tab for running containers - thanks to @megazoll
• Provide a default terminal option in the preferences - thanks to @daaru00
• Add support for container hostname change - thanks to @daaru00

• Updated CircleCi build
• Updated Linux support shortcut keys
• Added which to more accurately find docker-machine (thanks to @StefanScherer )
• Minor logic improvements
