kapture is a file format as well as a set of tools for manipulating datasets, and in particular Visual Localization and Structure from Motion data.
Multiple features inside the same kapture data, and tar support for features. This breaks backward compatibility with kapture data in format 1.0. Upgrade scripts are provided, see tools/kapture_upgrade_1_0_to_1_1.py or tools/kapture_upgrade_1_0_to_1_1_inplace.py For datasets downloaded with tools/kapture_download_dataset.py, you can use the upgrade subparser.
Add IMU records as well as wifi and bluetooth.
Do not force upgrade to latest versions of dependencies (see #1)
Minor updates to documentation, and code cleanup.
