Use port 9097 by default, as reserved at https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/wiki/Default-port-allocations
Initial release. Based off https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/pull/1012 which was, in turn, based off https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/pull/601.
