Harvester 1.0.0 has been revised so that it can work with the official GenICam Python binding package so called genicam.

This is a release to create a Digital Object Identifier, DOI in short.

Note that Harvester will:

1. Migrate to the official version of the GenICam Python Bindings aka "genicam" package once it's released in public and is uploaded to PyPI, and
2. Bump to version 1 line from version 0.

As long as nobody sees a critical issue in this version then this will be the final release of the prototype development stage.
