Gitstatus Versions Save

• Work around bugs in curl on Cygwin.

• Increase the default gitstatus_start timeout from 5 to 30 seconds.

• Fix a silly typo in install. It doesn't affect Zsh and Bash bindings but can affect alternative bindings (that don't exist yet).

First release.

• gitstatusd binaries are no longer in the repository. You can find them in releases from now on. Zsh and Bash bindings will download them automatically.
• The old build.zsh is gone. Please use the new build instead.
