Definitions Versions Save

Updates definitions for :ca, :ca_pe, and :de regions. See the CHANGELOG for more details.

Comments out a test that was failing with the kr tests. Since it is not clear if it is the test or the definition itself that is broken we will remove it until the issue can be discussed.

Affected regions are ca_ab, kr, and cl. Please see the CHANGELOG for more details.

We now have a new format for definition tests! This is the reason for the major version bump. You can find more information about it here. This is another step in our mission to completely remove ruby code from our definitions. The next step will be removing ruby from the special methods. Work is underway!

In addition, the following regions saw updates:

• Turkey (tr)
• Fedex (fedex)

A small bugfix that resolves the naming issues of two regions in the 'index.yaml' file. No other outward changes.

• Use Orthodox easter calculations in appropriate regions

• Enhance US definitions (lots of individual US states!)
• Update South Australian definitions

Unfortunately due to our current setup it is possible for definitions/tests in this repository to appear 'valid' but only fail when we run them in the actual ruby holidays repo. This is a known issue (https://github.com/holidays/definitions/issues/42) and needs to be addressed.

In the meantime, this is a bugfix release to ensure we can release v5.6.0 of the ruby repo.
