Coroot now stores profiling data in ClickHouse

Starting from this release, Coroot is no longer using Pyroscope as the storage for continuous profiling data.

The decision to transition away from Pyroscope was prompted by several considerations. The version of Pyroscope we've been using is quite old and has a bug with data retention that affects our users. Additionally, the acquisition of Pyroscope by Grafana Labs resulted in a licensing shift to AGPL. As a result, using recent versions does not seem feasible due to the associated license limitations.

Coroot already uses ClickHouse for storing traces and logs. We conducted comprehensive tests that demonstrated its efficiency and reliability in handling profiling data.

To further enhance user experience and simplify maintenance, we have also introduced our own FlameGraph widget.
