Upgraded coin-hive-stratum to version 1.0.2 which fixes the bug that was preventing the miner from connecting to some alternative pools.
Added support for custom stratum based mining pools (6ac37692a6a390e86becd495250616dfc7f807cc)
This (0c5f4e5fb66e868b9fd6287d88faa90391cc4a0d) fixes the event types that were not supported although they were in the docs: open, authed, close, error and job.
