Cloudmapper Versions Save

Adds support for ECS (Fargate), Lambda, ElasticSearch, and Redshift to the visualizations. Note that only resources with Security Groups are visualized, so only Lambda's that exist in VPCs are visualizaed. Also, CloudMapper does not take resource policies into account for it's network visualization, only the ingress allowed from Security Groups.

Adds support for VPC endpoints, which are PrivateLink and the Gateway endpoints (S3 and dynamodb).

• Updates jinja2 due to security issue with version used (CloudMapper was unaffected)
• Adds check for a bad MFA policy
• Collects more info and removes some of the extra privileges in the custom policy in the README as the ViewOnlyAccess policy now includes them.
• Fixes the charts in the IAM reports
• Fixes the numpy issue (by removing numpy as it wasn't used)
