The first pre-release of the ArcWelder: Anti-Stutter plugin. Please take caution when using this plugin since it is still very new. I recommend that all gcode produced by this plugin be analyzed (Simplify3D works well for this) before use to ensure that there are no errant arcs that might cause your print to fail.
