Milesmcc A17t Versions Save

This small patch release fixes paragraph spacing in blockquotes; now, they'll render with space between them (as you might expect).

This release removes all runtime dependencies from a17t.

This minor patch release removes background color from inputs, fixes several typos in the documentation, and adds an "Institutional" demo theme.

• Overhauled customization system
• Added dark mode, minimal, and "solarized-block" themes
• Packaged with a version of Tailwind CSS that integrates with a17t

Previously, low priority items would have a white background fill. Now, their background fill is transparent.

Note that this doesn't apply to the backgrounds of cards, asides, etc. This only applies to elements using the fill variable (like chips, buttons, etc).

This change makes it much easier to incorporate low-priority interface elements in layouts with a background color of anything other than white.
