Bug fix in write_alignment_codeml.
Release for v1.1.0, which includes the wgd pre command and diamond support in wgd dmd. From here on, development is mainly with Python3.7+. This happens to be the first official 'release' (which I regret of course, but I'm still learning how to properly develop and maintain software).
