Docker to Kubernetes in one command
Demonstrate the early concept behind Spread based versioning.
Previously versions were not correctly being added to executables.
Biggest change is a switch to a new implementation for the localkube launcher. This implementation is stored in the package rsprd.com/localkube/pkg/localkubectl.
The Kubernetes version has been upgraded to 1.2.
Starting with this release, executables for 64bit Linux, OS X, and Windows will be available with releases.
Delete pods when running spread deploy and support non-default kubectl context
